Need an interesting chemistry topic for a project?
The only requirements are that it involves chemistry like chemical reactions that take place or something like that. Also, please suggest interesting topics as I don't want to fall asleep doing it.

Pour it in a jar or glass container, add a fine layer of sand and drop in a few coloured crystals (cobalt chloride, copper sulfate, iron(II) sulfate and magnesium sulfate are great). The chemicals will undergo double displacement reactions, forming insoluble silicates, and through osmosis, they will keep growing into upright structures for a while. Once they stop growing, leave for 24 hours, then siphon off the solution and replace with clean water.
Another one is rapid crystallization from supersaturated solution. Heat a quantity of water and make a saturated sodium acetate solution. Heat a little more to dissolve all the solute, or pour off the liquid WITHOUT transferring any solid. Cool the liquid, and add a single crystal; the excess will crystallize immediately and give off a lot of heat (this also works very well with sodium thiosulfate).
You can also talk about polymorphism and allotropism. These phenomena occur when compounds or elements exhibit different crystal structures. Calcium carbonate, for example, can occur as limestone or aragonite. Both are CaCO3, but they have different structures. Graphite and diamond are allotropes of carbon. Also, determining the crystal structure is an important part of many industries. X-ray diffraction (XRD) is used a lot for that.
